> First Login your blogger site
> Go to layout
> click on edit Botton
> Then hit Chose File Botton
> Browse for your image (Mind it image shout be less then 100 kb)
Blogspot automatically Re-size Your Icon.> Then refresh your browser, Then you will see your browser address bar new favicon

Another simple way change your favicon icon
> Go Template Sleact edit HTML
There find the title tag which looks like
<head>
and immediately after that add the following code after proper editing
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="URL of your icon file"/>
Remember to replace URL of your icon file file with your icon file's link
Then Save Template. Refresh Your Browser And You are done.
